Welcome to The Paws Tribute. By accessing or purchasing pet memorial urns from our website (www.thepawstribute.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Customization

All pet memorial urns are custom-made and personalized based on the details provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details (names, dates, messages) before submitting their order. We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized pet urns unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you need assistance with customization, please contact us before finalizing your order.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit/debit cards and other available payment methods at checkout. Full payment is required before the production of your pet memorial urn begins.

3. Production & Shipping

Production time for pet memorial urns is typically 2-4 weeks, plus shipping time. This can vary based on the complexity of the customization and busy periods (e.g., holidays). Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations of Pet Memorial Urn Orders

Custom pet memorial urn orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is damaged or defective. In the event of a mistake in the customization caused by us, we will promptly correct it. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on www.thepawstribute.com, including pet memorial urn designs, are owned by The Paws Tribute and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders of pet memorial urns due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for the customization of pet memorial urns is accurate. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect details submitted by the customer. Customers acknowledge that urn sizes vary based on pet size, and it is their responsibility to select the appropriate size.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in California, rather than in court. Customers waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against The Paws Tribute. In the event of arbitration or legal proceedings, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

12. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment. Any chargebacks or disputes filed against legitimate transactions will result in order cancellation and potential legal action. We actively monitor and report fraudulent chargebacks. Any unauthorized chargeback claims may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Product Availability & Appearance

Product availability is not guaranteed. In the event that a pet memorial urn becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify the customer and offer a refund or alternative product. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or engraving depth may occur. These differences do not qualify as defects or damages. If you are unhappy with these variations, please contact us for a resolution.

15. Account Responsibility

Customers agree to indemnify and hold The Paws Tribute, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from misuse of our pet memorial urns or failure to follow provided instructions.
